This strategic transaction consolidates the company’s position in the market and expands its portfolio of pain management and palliative care treatments. The agreement will drive SteinCares’ growth in Chile and supports its strategy for organic and inorganic expansion in the region.
The transaction includes the marketing and distribution license for an oral morphine solution, a treatment for the management of severe chronic pain. The solution, which is administered in drops, allows for precise dosing and safe use, even in children as young as one year old and older adults under medical supervision.
